Let's Have A Chat, My Dear America. (Fallout 3)

So this is actually a redraw, again. I did a picture a while ago while playing the wonderful, Fallout 3, of the two main antagonists. Now I won't spoil anything (else that is xD) but this is Colonel Autumn and President John Henry Eden. Here's who which quote goes to,

They are my two favorite characters from that game, (well Autumn is my true favorite) so they deserved this xD anywho,
